So Trump says he didn't know Noem was waisting $200 million

In tax payers money.
First, he's lying, we know he's lying.
Second, if we take his word for it, he is an incompetent idiot who doesn't know what his own administration is doing.
Corrupt or incompetent, which is it Donny? (Yeah, it's both)

And why don't the Dem leadership say this?

She stole them! They were funneled to a company owned by her spokesperson's husband that was formed just over a week before they signed the contracts. Nothing to see here folks...move along. Only $220 million. (Here in my backyard, they just dropped $140 million on a vacant warehouse to serve as a gulag) It's a looting of the treasury.
