Since Jared Kushner was the guy tasked with creating peace in the ME, why doesn't Krasnov issue an EO and let the Iranian people know that Kushner is going to be President of Iran, no negotiations.

Kushner's first edict will be to proclaim that Iran is now a secular government, no mixing of religion with state seeing as how bad it is turning out in the US.

They were emboldened by kidnapping Maduro and thought these strikes would topple Iran's leaders so they could install someone who would hand over Iran's natural resources to their friends. They figured the people they saw protesting would do the heavy lifting.

One of the main miscalculations was that Iran doesn't have a viable opposition group that is armed and can make a real dent against the government. The best we could have hoped for is someone from the Supreme Leaders inner circle would take over and come back to the negotiating table.

Now it's chaos and no one knows what comes next.

Kill the government, let someone else sort it out. Complain about not being thanked. Full stop. I don’t believe there is anything else to the plan.
