There is really nothing these bootlickers won't excuse or defend when it comes to their cult leader. Not only is trump all powerful with the ability to start wars at will, he also is not responsible for the aftermath.
Why? Who knows? That's just the way it is. According to Graham, trump knows everything, is all powerful, and can do no wrong. But he does not have any responsibility for the aftermath of his decision.
Not only that, Graham feels no need to explain his wild statement. He just throws it out there, daring the reporter to pursue it.
