4. Not sure I can agree with that conclusion

There are other fully plausible reasons, such as:
TSF is an ignoramus who ignores advice from experts, and has a bug up his ass about Iran supposedly becoming nuclear weapon capable;
it gives him the “national emergency” he seeks to give cover for trying to commandeer election protocols;
Distraction from our economy steadily sliding into the toilet.

But I’ll readily agree that this war crap has taken the media’s eyes almost entirely off the corruption and criming documented in the Epstein files. I made a quick spot survey of a few sources (The Guardian, The Independent, MSNBC and a couple others) and found nearly nothing related to Epstein, other than a couple old items about Bill Clinton’s testimony in front of a house committee.

...for instance, but never attacked Iran.

The "National Emergency" isn't going to wash, and if it were, it would only be close to election day, not months earlier.

12. Attempting to steal the election to keep unrestrained power is minor?

Uh, okay. We’ll have to disagree on that point.

As for timing, many things they’re trying to do are an attempt to build a system to steal the election. And it seems like they’re going about it haphazardly, otherwise many of these things would be pulled out of their magic bag of tricks at the last moment. My guess is that their “planning” is more like throwing stuff on the wall to see what sticks, more than following a strategy.

...motivated by this reason at this time.

To me, it is a rare case where his efforts at criminal behavior have had the desired effect; Epstein is off the front pages.

around Epstein. It's just way to simplistic - and myopic - to entertain in any meaningful way.

But that still leaves a long way toward establishing the rather overreaching claim - that this is the 'single' issue driving all else before it.
