He just congratulated the TX congressman engulfed in a horrific scandal and being pressured by even some of the Rs to resign! Congratulated him!

I have one question: for what?

That's the whole reason he's there. Very noticeable lack in enthusiam for Republicans in Texas right now. They're scared.
