(2,643 posts)Divide it up between all the attorneys responsible for these violations, and that might be a strong enough deterrent to stop the rank and file from following the illegal orders.
You know... jail? The thing most conservatives argue is the only deterrent for people breaking the law?

If it did, the jails and prisons would be filled with white collar criminals, politicians, and war criminals.
Looking forward not backwards fucked this country beyond repair.
All of the criminals are still in positions of power.
