I mean, this nominee for Surgeon General was just bulldozed by Susan Collins of all people. Susan asked her about her experimentation with psychedelic mushrooms and if she would recommend them for medical use. She asked her about her use of them and how she heard ominous voices and what did the voices say.

Why it took Collins to ask this I don't know. She's also received lots of pointed questions about birth control, vaccinations, and taking money from companies producing healthcare supplements.

If Collins is not on board, what about Cassidy? I mean I would feel optimistic but after the debacle with RFK Jr., I know that both Cassidy and Collins could easily vote for her when it comes down to it.
