Question for our lawyers here.

Every body has been screaming at the judges decision (including myself) Now from your point of view, just what could and should these judges do after ruling contempt charges on the DOJ or ICE? I'm thinking the leaders of these departments should be ordered to show up for a hearing on these charges?

A litigant can't use process, including requiring witness testimony or attendance, to go on fishing expeditions. So, likely, there would have to be some showing to the court that the specific person has some evidence to provide or influence over the litigant's actions.
