He has nothing good to offer anyone ever.

For example, I'm not boycotting Wal-Mart; the reason I don't shop there is because I don't like it. The products are shit and the atmosphere is grim. I wouldn't be boycotting Trump's SOTU by not watching it because I wouldn't watch it even if you paid me. Anyhow, a boycott is a thing you do to cause economic or reputational harm. Trump won't be harmed economically if we all tune to a different TV show this evening, nor will his reputation be harmed by millions of people who already hate his guts not watching his shit show. Of course he doesn't deserve our attention but he'll get it anyhow, maybe not by people watching the SOTU live, but by the simple fact that people can't not look at a trainwreck, so we'll watch the commentary and the video clips because we can't help it.

Don't watch!!! You can always read it later and not have to see that horrible vile face spewing constant lies.

Would be nice for more people to watch those real time rebuttals than watch the actual SOTU

And I barely watch any of his shows anymore, but I watched this week to see guy from Texas I have been hearing about. He's a nice guy. I like that even though religious he believes Texas shouldn't put up 10 commandments since the state has many religions and because those wanting the law aren't even obeying those commandments.

But at the end, and I fast forwarded over first guy and republican lady, he talks about state of the union and for first time in my life I heard Washington gave short 10 min talk, Thomas Jefferson said I am not a king we fought to form a country without one and refused to do state of union at all for that reason, so all presidents for a hundred years after him didn't do it.

I totally agree with Bill we need to stop it all together, the president is only there to see that laws passed by congress not him get set up. We don't have a king but for many years we vote like we do. On both sides. This needs to stop, Bill is right stop giving the president so much power and attention and let him do job he is voted into doing.

So yes I won't be watching and will be writing my senators to go back to NO state of the union for anyone. They can post once a year on White House website how they think they are doing.

I want to go back to the constitution and the way our country was set up. No king!
