Fedex Passed those tariffs through to the shipper (exworks) or the importer of record/principle party in interest or the Fedex account holder.

Fedex is not entitled to their customer's tariffs. Now if they imported their shipping supplies (boxes, labels, etc etc.) that's one thing.

But ALL of the imports that they carried and cleared? That's bull shit.

This is why you ALWAYS split your customs broker from your carrier. Always. Because Fedex like DHL will NEVER give you your money back. Never ever.
