Going back to SCOTUS' ruling on Friday: descending Judges.

The 3 judges who descended from the other 6, just embarrassed themselves. Kavanaugh, Alito and Thomas have always looked the other way when it comes to Trump and the rule of Trump’s law, not just to please Trump but for the power given to Trump. Yet, we have seen this from the other conservative justices ie, the immunity ruling that all 6 six of them ruled in favor of Trump.

Here is the crude reality of how and when they rule? They rule in what fashion their power or authority, but then they don’t follow precedent of the Constitution or their own rulings from the Supreme Courts of the past.

So, actually it was as 3 judges who thought Trump should get away with stealing from the citizens and 6 judges who thought Trump should have immunity for everything illegal acts he does!

The Supreme Court isn’t the same anymore because they don’t want to be responsible for their own decisions and rulings.

This doesn’t exclude any of them, but the conservative judges are the majority.

I will get pushback from some, but until we have a balanced Supreme Court? Nothing is going to change.
