Winter Olympics 2026: United States defeat Canada in overtime for first men's ice hockey gold since 1980

Sunday 22 February saw the clash of the ages, as the USA and Canada battled for the title of 2026 Olympic champion, with Jack Hughes securing the gold in 2-1 overtime.

When the leader who takes credit for the national achievement, is a thieving lying pedo rapist hated worldwide.

It feels like freedom enjoying nations everywhere are collectively staring at the U.S. like a cat in judgement, staring and wondering WTF is wrong with you, to seemingly not acknowledge you’re being led by an asshole dictator wannabe. Do something about it. It’s f’ing embarrassing.

I had to leave the house at the end of regulation time, and planned to watch the replay later. With no spoilers.

Guess I've got something to look forward to now.
