It's a bigger hurdle than impeachment.

The 25th is half the cabinet PLUS 2/3 of both houses.

Impeachment is only half the house and 2/3 of the Senate.

telling them to do as they're told or else. So we get an entire Epstein party who's lost and confused and
scared to death of doing anything.
