NYTPitchbot: That two-thirds of the Supreme Court are in the Federalist Society shows the triumph of meritocracy.

The fact that 10% federal judges are Black, a group that compromises about 8% of law school graduates, show the corruption of DEI. The fact that two-thirds of the Supreme Court are in the Federalist Society, a cult that includes 5% of law school graduates, shows the triumph of meritocracy.

And, of course, it is quite possible to find reasons and actual justification for the former, while the latter is plain and simple political bias.

One black person is considered too many, but what do they propose? Cutting off 2% off her body?

But here's some mathematical numbers they won't talk about. Six white Supreme Court Judges out of 8 mathematically computes to 67%, when whites are no more than 50% at best.

And let's not talk about the proportion of Catholics on the bench, compared to the numbers in the U.S.

And don't forget that the traditional procedure to select judges was tampered with by Mitch McConnell, so bullshit on merit theory.
