A decision doesn't go in Trump's favor?

He'll ignore the decision.

Who's going to stop him?

DOJ? Nope.

Congress? Nope.

That's what a dictatorship is.

There are at least three other laws he can invoke to impose tariffs, and the sector tariffs for steel, aluminum lumber and auto parts were not covered by this ruling, only those imposed under the fake “emergency” under IEEPA.
