Is there anything so far in these files that could possibly lead to some state charges? I mean moving kids around state to state? Gotta be something there?

But states have their own statutes that cover child abuse within their borders. Depending on statutes of limitations (states may have extended statutes of limitations or none at all for sexual abuse of minors) it's likely that state charges could be brought in some cases if local prosecutors are willing to do it.
