Ex-classmate of 'racist' MAGA lawmaker spills details: 'He was a laughing stock'

Rep. Randy Fine (R-FL), who’s currently under fire for his latest racist outburst, was apparently the “laughing stock” among students during his time at Harvard University, was accused of “bribing” students to win an election, and allegedly tried to deceptively award himself with a $24,000 grant, an ex-classmate of his told Zeteo in its report Wednesday.

That classmate is Adam Feldman, an editor and theater critic for Time Out Worldwide, and also a former student in government at Harvard along with Fine, who Feldman described as having been “tainted by scandal on multiple occasions,” and someone who “people just rolled their eyes at.”

“I was in Harvard's Undergraduate Council when Fine was there, and he was a laughing stock: not just a pompous prig, but also outrageously corrupt,” Feldman has previously said, providing new details of his knowledge of Fine to Zeteo in its report Wednesday.

Like scum in a septic tank. Aren't e.g. CEOs more likely to be sociopaths than the general population? Being able to lie with impunity and behave unethically is often an asset in politics, especially with an uninformed populace.

They don't rise to the top on their own. Usually they're associated with a fraternity of assholes who are as corrupt as they are. Essentially, they feed off each other. Or maybe he moved down to Florida where he connected with a group of assholes, which would not be hard to imagine.

…and clergy. There’s an interesting concentration of psychopaths in these professions. It must be the triple allure of money, status, and God-like power over others.

They rise to the top. Very interesting commentary on that party.

We were in district 6 until desantis fudged the maps and changed New Smyrna Beach to district 7. UN Ambassador Mike Waltz preceded Randy Fine as the Rep of district 6 and although he was a magat toady he wasn't this shallow nazi embarrassment that Fine is. I'm not saying we're better off with morally challenged Cory Mills, but I'm sure glad I don't have to hear about Fine's gaffs until they make it to the national news.

Met him a handful of times. He's as odious in person as you'd think. Maybe more so. Major "ew!" factor in his presence.

He didn't get to this position on his own - a majority of voters approve of him.

We have a society that rewards sociopaths instead of shunning them.

It’s illegal in Florida for human beings to count the votes

A “ recount “ means the ballots get re run through the same scanner
