Who broke the internet?

Techies are reporting Heroku, YouTube and Google's Public Certificate Authority are down.

Just now found problems with Cloudflare and AWS (Amazon web services)

I just hope this isn't our own version of the Iran internet shutdown, though I put absolutely nothing past this regime.

The home page is down. But clicking on a subscribed channel will take yo there and videos seem to play.
The search function works.
