When kids have to flee from a masked militia in their own country like they're in a war zone, somethings horribly wrong.

That scene left children huddled, crying, and scared to go to school, with parents and the district rushing to console them.

Through tears, he said: “I’ve never protested before in my entire life, but I’ve watched fourth and fifth grade kids run away from our own government. I don’t ever want to see that again. And I’m not going to stand and watch my neighbors run away scared. This is not Camden County, this is not New Jersey, this is not the United States. I love [them all]. It’s not what we are, it’s not who we are."

"That’s why I decided to come out here and stand with you guys and be part of this. I never want to see a child ever run away from our own government again. I’m sorry I’m getting emotional.”
