In fact, the FBI's own words say so, if indirectly. They claim to have gone through all the financial records of everyone in his orbit (or words to that effect) and found no evidence of a (financially-driven) trafficking ring.

Ergo, that mean's there's going to be 1000's if not millions of records (that could be illegal for them to share, not sure on that) but that would, by their own admission, in fact, exist.

So, yeah, no matter what, this categorical statement must be a lie.
