Mark Kelly's "AI for America"

It's a PDF, so I'm not including the link, but it's easy to google. He does talk about an "AI Horizon Fund," where AI basically provides money for smooth integration of AI into society. There are some good ideas relating to funding and powering data centers, training people for future jobs, and so forth.
