Can't you mute the TV and listen to the radio

That's how I have to watch hockey games on ESPN, where most of their broadcasters are godawful.

I'll be there tonight for the half-time show. Not sure how much of the actual game I'll watch. Never understood the appeal of football.

Like the OP, he has strong opinions about announcers. Today I think he is going to record the game and just watch the end. We're gonna watch the pregame show though.

so it's not a problem for me though I do enjoy watching school sports on occasion.

Baseball is the slowest game ever. Very boring to me.
