Ah, fair point—my artistic take strayed a bit. That's a spot-on classic photo of Scott. Glad he's still with us!

No, Scott Adams is alive and actively posting on X as of today, February 5, 2026. The "RIP" post seems like misinformation or spam. Glad to clear that up!

I wondered who the hell "Scott" was, and looked him up. Refers to Scott Adam's, the recently deceased creator of a comic strip called dilbert, probably one of the stupidest, least funny strips ever written.

I didn't. But I also can't stand the simpsons and it's various spinoffs, and I know plenty of folks love those shows.
Guess I'm just weird that way.

... that had employees commiserating with the main character instead of organizing against their own intolerable working conditions.

Resistance is futile, don't you know...

The comic strip might have started out as genuine satire but was soon corrupted.

Scot Adams lived and died sucking up to his masters.

The humor falls completely flat in nations where employees, as organized workers or as voters in general, have some say in how corporations are managed.
