Expert warns Trump's health rapidly declining: 'He’s losing the brakes'

An expert Thursday warned that President Donald Trump's health has started to rapidly deteriorate as questions increase over his mental capacity and ability to lead, according to reports.

Dr. John Gartner, psychologist, psychiatrist, and a former assistant professor at John Hopkins Medical School, told British publication The i Paper that there have been increased concerns over the president's health and suggested signs of cognitive decline.

“The main way to diagnose dementia is that we see a deterioration from someone’s own baseline in these four areas: language, memory, behavior, and psychomotor performance,” Gartner said.

“He’s deteriorated since his last administration noticeably but now we’re seeing deterioration almost week over week. The rate of decline is accelerating,” Gartner said.

Trump has made several statements, including his mix-up over Iceland and Greenland, among other comments that have led to further unease around his health.

“The high-pressure job can also accelerate cognitive dysfunction,” Gartner added.

...that bit at the end about high pressure jobs accelerating dysfunction doesn't apply.
Trump is doing anything; isn't running anything; just focusing on his pet, pointless "projects".
His dysfunction may be accelerating but it's not because of job pressures.
Assuming he is enduring the same pressures as other presidents presumes he's doing the job like the others.
He is not a normal president (in a bad, incurious, lazy way). Applying any "normalness" to his situation is misplaced.

It's all he's ever done.
The goals, objectives, and intentions change every 36 hours so there is never any pressure to deliver.

10. Agreed, but he thinks he is.

He has no notion of what he should be doing, so he works hard trying to make it look and sound like he’s on top of it with some nonsensical double talk and bluster. And he seems to think that directing building construction is the main job qualification of a POTUS.

Hell I used to say it! I know this doctor is an expert, but doctors were predicting his demise and/or him losing his marbles in his first term too.

No man is feeble and degenerate until he's feeble and degenerate. I swam the Red River in hs... I'd be surprised if he survives another 18 months without a severe blowout, blowup and blow.

11. TSF's cognitive decline is about as full of news as his poll numbers being in the high 30s.

So what's new? His poll numbers have been in the high 30s for most of the last decade and his cognition has been steadily declining.

Tell us something we don't know.
