True story
Someone came in to file their taxes. Low income, 3 kids, single mom. Federal plus state return and EIC plus bank fee = nearly $900. I told her she could go to the library 2 blocks away and they would do it for free. She said she liked getting the refund advance loan. Then went into a rant about how bad things are and blamed tRump. (Not surprising as we live in a deep blue city in a blue state).
Concluded with "I wish I'd never voted for him."
It's true, you just can't fix stupid.
