Clarence Thomas hit with astonishing accusation in Epstein files

By Alexander Willis
Published February 3, 2026 7:28 AM ET

Conservative Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas was named in an allegation sent by email to two federal judges and discussed last August by federal prosecutors in New York, the Justice Department’s Friday release of around 3.5 million Jeffrey Epstein files has revealed.

Given the sheer volume of Epstein-related materials released by the DOJ, many of the documents contain unverified, uncorroborated allegations that do not constitute evidence, and do not establish wrongdoing. Thomas is not facing any criminal charges or investigations related to the allegation.

Sent to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and addressed to two federal judges, the allegation sees a person claiming to be an Epstein victim accuse Johnny Martorano – a notorious hitman and mobster who’s admitted to killing 20 people – of rape. The purported victim also alleged that Martorano – who struck a plea deal in 1999 to serve only 12 years for his crimes – was in communication with Thomas.

So yes, that's exactly what should happen again.

I guess we are waiting for part 2. But, it reminded me of what happened in Omaha NE in the late 80's - 90's. A local lawyer tried to expose it. It's the Franklin cover up. I've read the Book, but here is a YouTube clip about a documentary that was squashed back in the day.
This is the link, it's so familiar. Epstein 2.0

And we all know all of those ugly old men knew it was all true too, and probably laughed about it in private ( those who sat on the confirmation committee). I would still like to see him get his just deserts, and vindicate Anita Hill.

I haven't listened to them yet. I'm on overload right now and need to pace myself.

I've known my share of compulsive liars and have heard some over-the-top stores, but I can usually tell when something has a ring of truth to it. There is something very scripted and predictable about made up stories.

We know the DOJ has padded the files release with ridiculous and easily disproven claims. Calls and tips from the usual cranks who confess or testify to crimes that never occurred. Remember the reams written and posted on events in a basement that never existed in Pizzagate.
We have seen cases in the past where authorities, media and the public have raised certain witnesses and claims that are extreme and grab all the attention. This is intentional. By setting them up, the authorities draw all attention to a story or witness that is easily debunked. Then when they burst that bubble the entire thing is discredited, and credible claims and evidence are just cast aside.
A large scale investigation in the UK some years ago was begun after a number of victims came forward. The police and media promoted one claimed victim whose most spurious and fantastic of claims were given full attention. He became the whole investigation for police statements and the media. Ten minutes of actual background checks would have exposed the "victim". Instead he was made the poster boy - before he was finally exposed - by the police - as a liar and abuser himself. That was that. The investigation was immediately shut down and the credible witnesses and victims testimony was tossed out with the garbage.
There is enough credible evidence and enough credible witnesses to win many cases. I distrust Clarence Thomas completely. I'm just saying don't be distracted

Especially after reading Strange Justice: The Selling of Clarence Thomas, and finding out he was an even bigger sleaze bag that I could have ever imagined.

His nomination to SCOTUS was a travesty that happened for all the wrong reasons: George H. W. Bush wanted to replace Thurgood Marshall with another African American, but he wanted a conservative one, and conservative African American candidates were all but nonexistent. Thomas was the ultimate DEI hire, barely qualified and completely unsuited for the job. He should never, ever have been confirmed.
