Several crew members who worked on the first ladys Amazon MGM documentary dont want their names associated with it.
Rolling Stone reports that two-thirds of Melanias New York crew requested that their names not be added to the films credits. Another source who said they wished theyd had the foresight to remove their name from the film said, Im much more alarmed now.
Another told the publication theyre hoping the filmwhich required really long hours, in a highly disorganized and very chaotic environmentflops.
Unfortunately, if it does flop, I would really feel great about it, the crew member said.
Another added, I feel a little bit uncomfortable with the propaganda element of this.

They were probably made to attend back then but so far we can decline. Looks like most of us are.

Working on the film wasnt easy money, explained yet another source, as people were worked really hard on the production. And the person most commonly cited for causing those hard conditions is director Brett Ratner.
One Melania crew member told Rolling Stone that Ratner was slimy. Melania Trump, while boring, they said, was totally nice.....
Brett Ratner was the worst part of working on this project, another crew member said. While others were put off by Ratners reported lack of cleanliness (he left a constant trail of discarded orange peels and gum wrappers everywhere he went, according to the crew), others said the director was less than charming.
The Daily Beast has reached out Ratners company for comment.
The report includes an anecdote about Ratner eating in the grubbiest way possible while crew members were not allowed a meal break. One said Ratner was either being a d--- or had no awareness whatsoever. Another said he dropped his chewed gum into a cup of coffee on her cart and didnt acknowledge my existence.

Melania director Brett Ratner was confronted about reports that some crew members on his controversial film asked not to be credited for their work at the films premiere at the Kennedy Center on Thursday evening.
One person familiar with the films production said that two-thirds of the films New York crewit filmed in New York, D.C., and Floridaasked not to be formally credited on the film, according to a Rolling Stone report published on Monday.
Asked about the report at the films premiere, Ratner said the movie picked up a lot of crew in various states, whom he labelled day players and who werent his main crew.
He could also be seen snapping at a person off camera, saying, Hold on, I want to answer.
I understand if a liberal is working on the movie and they dont want to be credited, but they want to feed their family. I dont blame anybody for that.
....Soon after those women came forward, Elliot Page, who starred in Ratners 2006 film X-Men: The Last Stand, shared a horrifying anecdote from set about an incident in which Ratner outed him.
I was eighteen years old. He looked at a woman standing next to me, ten years my senior, pointed to me and said: You should fuck her to make her realize shes gay. I was a young adult who had not yet come out to myself. I knew I was gay, but did not know, so to speak. I felt violated when this happened, Page wrote. His story was corroborated by his co-star, Anna Paquin.
Ratner was also one of the many famous faces spotted in photographs released as part of the Epstein files last month. In the photo, he can be seen hugging Jean-Luc Brunel, the French model scout who was accused of supplying girls to Jeffrey Epstein.
