Today's Air Force One meal

So everybody on board gets this meal.... all the press? Not that they shouldn't eat, I just never thought about this before.

Todayâ€™s Air Force One meal today. What happened to one piece of chicken, one piece of broccoli, and one corn tortilla?

The Caprese salad is actually pretty bad. The mozzarella and cherry tomatoes (they're actually grape tomatoes) are both out of plastic packages. I don't know who puts cucumbers in a Caprese salad, and what's with the miniscule amount of basil? And where's the olio? People eat Caprese salad with chili? Who knew.

The chili recipe very closely resembles an Emeril recipe with ground turkey and navy beans.
