It's apparent from the videos of the Pretti and Good shootings as well as other ICE actions,

…that many of the agents hired do not possess the qualities necessary for the job. They are undisciplined, not properly trained and act with impunity.

These are all failings of leadership by Miller, Noem, and Homan and they need to go.

Most HR professionals wouldn't hire them as crossing guards in a small city.

Whole lotta hot heads who haven't addressed the roots of their anger issues. It's like they were hired BECAUSE they have the wrong basic temperament for the job. Trump gets off on people being hurt so he wants people who are violent and don't think.

What exactly is the job for which they are unqualified? Terrorizing innocent people may be the only job for which many of them are qualified.

ICE brutality is not the result of poor training.

I think you'd see different behavior if they weren't the secret police.

You can pick 1, a free country or a country with a secret police. You can't have both.

Both of the shooters in the murder cases had been in their respective services for a long time. We don't know the identity of Pretti's killer, but we know the unit was an experienced one. They killed because they knew they could get away with it.

Lots of domestic violence and pedophiles in ICE. Which makes me wonder about them stealing children. How many people have they killed on the side? How many people have they raped? I suspect that Ross is a serial killer. He was making a trophy video.

They're doing the job they were hired to do, and I'm sure Trump approves of their actions.
I would be surprised if Noem was fired...maybe Homan will be offered up as a sacrificial lamb, but that's about it.

He's itching to impose martial law before the midterms, so he can sieze ballots under the guise of "election integrity," or cancel elections.

The first priority of any authoritarian regime is to keep its grip on power.
