The main thing is that this is shot from the same POV as the Lady in Pink. Her footage wasn't anywhere near this sharp. It *looks* like a photo taken with a professional rig, but there was no photographer with a rig that could shoot this standing with her. It's simply a still from her footage that someone ran through an AI enhancer, which fills in details that don't exist -- like turning the kneeling guy's head into a hand with a wedding ring.

I see a head with a woolen cap. The point is that we really don't know one way or the other. Until there is a proper investigation and photos can be authenticated we can only guess. Any iphone that close is easily capable of taking a very clear photo and there was at least one other woman in that direction with her camera out.

Of course, the murderer(s) were "just following orders".
