I feel those are the most consequential, even though I may be getting the Appropriations one confused with a similar one dealing with our nation's finances...

(10,075 posts)3. Sorry, i meant finance in general terms. I get confused on the distinction among them all.
There is Appropriations, then one with Finance, and I believe another one with the Budget, but I'm honestly not sure which is the most important of them, but that's the one I would want to be on.
Appropriations
Finance
Budget
Banking
Foreign Affairs then Judiciary then Commerce/Finance
House?
Ways and Means then Intelligence then Ethics
