(8,756 posts)They are part of it. Epstein was a CIA operation.
Look for CIA in the Epstein files.
That will be an interesting find/no find.

(12,562 posts)Does it need to get before God sends Jesus to DC to start throwing tables and raging at billionaires? Then how long will it take to choose a genetically perfect family to get a boat, massive store bought (no trump gonna labor to build a fucking thing), a yacht preferably, then repopulate after killing the rest of us? Fuck the animals, unless they need dogs and cats to eat. Who will he choose, Joel Olsteen or the trump KKKlan. The trump spawn will have no problem ethically, fucking sisters, swapping wives and fucking momma to repopulate. Will Jr have to actually marry his possible third wife, (two after procreating) to be allowed to join and be a baby machine for the new world?
What about Boats with Coke (Jrs)?? Can God blow them up to protect America and his new white species to try again?
A nation of hopeful Christians wanna know.
Just saying.

Rape: I got a few files and the first I looked at was an ad/brochure for a Rape Crisis Center. Then it wouldnt let me go back to open others and instead sent me back in line to wait.

I would not expect much. Note the "other private individuals" and "protect sensitive materials from disclosure" bits - could be construed to redact just about anything.
As well, it appears most of it is presented in PDF format so how could a "search" work in such cases?
"Don't you love farce......." (from Send in the Clowns).
ETA:
Judging from how fast the "No results found" reply appears and considering the volume of documents and the number of queries that must be coming in, I'm guessing the search facility isn't even functional.

(12,665 posts)Aside from victim protection, I don't think the law stated anything about protecting information arbitrarily deemed "sensitive" or "private individuals" arbitrarily deemed in need of protection.
Classification of information is subject to judicial review.
And there will be challenges.
There is no way they can keep the lid on indefinitely given the number of people who have seen various parts of these files over many years.

(6,171 posts)I'm willing to bet though that the DOJ's search engine doesn't do that (and it appears it is not actually doing anything at all).

(12,665 posts)... court not declaring such scrubbing of trump a violation of the law given the public interest in knowing the extent to which the man occupying the white house was, or was not involved -- whether it be facilitating the "business," turning a blind eye, or as a client.
