“Just so you know, Brendan on your website it just simply says, man, ‘The FCC is independent,'” Lujan said. “This isn’t a trick question.”

Sure enough, the language on the website was hastily changed. Axios reporter Sara Fischer captured an image from the site at 11:52 a.m. ET, which said the FCC is an independent agency. By 12:08 p.m., that language was gone.

Sure, he's ignoring the Constitution, but he's smart enough not to perjure himself or flat out admit he is going against the Constitution. But his refusal to answer questions makes it clear he knows he and Trump are breaking the law as defined in the Constitution.

He exemplifies Hispanic attitude and laid back style here in the west. I've lived in majority Hispanic CA my entire life and I've absorbed a lot of this attitude. He is "cool", no other word for it. But he gets his point across, doesn't he?
