Trump has unofficially declared war on Venezuela by imposing a blockade, an act of war. (During the Cuban missile crisis, President Kennedy used the word quarantine for that reason). Trump knows nothing of any of this, of course.

Congress needs to demand answers from the administration and act to reign this idiot in.
