IMHO The Vanity Fair piece is enabling bullshit, and the MSM swallows it whole

It's a thinly veiled attempt to portray this fascist regime as "The Apprentice - Oval Office Addition".

The "inner workings" of this shitshow don't interest me in the least.

I don't give a fuck about their "inner turmoil". I care that they’ve unleashed a Gestapo Stasi, violent kidnapping force in American cities and states.

I don't care about their "debates" about turning the DOJ, FBI and DOD into Mafia Capo subsidiaries of a vile, inhuman malignant narcissist...I just care that they have turned the DOJ, FBI and DOD into violent, enabling enforcers for the vile, inhuman malignant narcissist.

I don't care that they think Eloon is a drug-addled, creepy, weird asshat. I care that they used a drug-addled, creep weird asshat to murder millions of children in 3rd world countries, and wreck countless lives and careers across America.

This Vanity Fair article is an attempt to get us to concentrate on the "process"

Just look at how it's being covered.

Immense journalistic resources devoted to "who said what", "who objected to what", "who thought what about whom"....short shrift to the country being set ablaze.

Vanity Fair might as well have done a story about the "process" Hermann Göring, Heinrich Himmler, Joseph Goebbels, Reinhard Heydrich and Martin Bormann used to advance Hitler's agenda....

They're serving us Shit Sausage, but want us to focus on how our "delicious sausage" is being made.

Suzie Wiles is no General Kelly. Kelly, at least told Krasnov what he wanted to do was illegal or unconstitutional.

Suzie, on the other hand, just says, oh dear, what you are doing is so awful.

There is a big difference between the words illegal and awful, Suzie is an enabler, Kelly was not.

What's the more important story?

That we are HERE?

or,

How we got here?

It is capitalism. Even if you don’t think capitalism itself is the issue, this version is a nightmare.
Surely in a sane universe neither Trump nor Kim Kardashian (balance! Non-GOP), would be wealthy nor powerful.

However, in this one where teachers, scientists, and doctors are struggling, these two morons are successful. Whatever these guys’ algorithm is optimizing, it’s not anything good.

In a sane world, I wouldn't even know who in the fuck Donnie Dipshit is.

His positive impact on humanity, is akin to the positive impact that dogshit stuck in the grooves of our tennis shoes has.

The most destructive thing that Facebook, Tic-Toc, Instagram, Reality TV and Entertainment Tonight has done, is to treat completely unserious people, seriously.

"Let's see what the bikini model has to say about vaccine efficacy...afterall...she has over 2 million followers"

It’s kinda formulaic evil: there’s elite gate-keeping that these turds in tech and oligarchs engage in, destroying the planet, the public sector, social safety nets, education and journalism.

And then this totally phony and manipulated mob “populism” via that collection of odious media outlets you mentioned. Trapped in between are all the federal workers that turd Russel Vought wanted traumatized, public health officials like Dr Fauci and other honest people they embattle.

They are as (if not more) potent than Fox News. I feel almost nostalgic for the days when Fox was the main organ of poison.

This is an example - They want less of Sesame Street and more of this YouTube drivel like Blippi:
https://www.currentaffairs.org/news/2020/08/the-dead-world-of-blippi

And that sense is worsened at the thought of it all (including text like this) synthesized and made somehow empty and objectionable by AI. It’s endlessly awful because those things would learn to mimic humans and be insistently “human”, at which point they will at least destroy the social web ending the nightmare.

Anyway bots are not worse than influencing as a profession. That’s such an inane idea. It’s prettifying the notion of herding.

So that people feel more kindly towards them?

Instead of seeing the murder of innocent Venezuelans, we see them calling each other names. Instead of seeing them drag off American citizens to send off into the slave trade, we see that the dick tater is a dependent personality....though he's not, he's a psychopath and pedophile.

Instead of being upset he's grifting $300 to $400 Million on destroying our heritage and building a sex trafficking auction house, we see there are broken people trying to get ahead?

I really am asking. Just dancing out the dysfunction of the process and not calling out the rampant fascism it results in is somehow humanizing the horror?

I don't feel the article has made them human or any less disgusting pedos and criminals. But maybe it does affect his MAGAT worshipers?

He's a psychopath. I guarantee you that, in his mind, he's ecstatic that Vanity Fair is talking about him.

He has been a vile person his entire life. That vileness earned him the occasional article in People Magazine during a slow news cycle, or a 5 second cameo in Home Alone 2. That pissed him off, because he believed he deserved much more "attention".

He doesn't even give a fuck that he's perceived as a rapist pedophile. Internally, he wears that reputation as a badge of honor.

He's thrilled that his depravity is displayed and millions continue to adore him.

He wasn't lying, or being coy when he said; "I could shoot someone on 5TH Avenue and I wouldn't lose any votes".

The more he does disgusting shit, and millions still support him, the more his disgusting shit becomes normal.

Donnie Dipshit has a giant hole right through the middle of him. He can never steal enough, or kill enough to ever fill it

He's an attention whore. We should stop pretending that there is a point where he will suck in so much attention that his chest will burst.

That point doesn't exist. He will simply gorge himself on Vanity Fair and do something increasingly deplorable to generate what he craves the most - People talking about him.

His hell is to be treated the way he deserves...as INSIGNIFICANT

The sooner his hell begins, the better
