The "Plan" for Healthcare in 2025 from Repubs

I think the plan for Repubs is to let the ACA subsidies expire and then try to craft another big beautiful bill in 5-6 months after it is a crisis. That BBB2 will have an extension of the ACA subsidies in it but also with offsetting cuts to food stamps and other stuff.

This allows them to say to their base that Democrats voted against ACA subsidies because it was more important for them to provide free stuff to freeloaders. Their base will eat it up. The bill will be another reconciliation bill so they won't need 60 votes in the senate. It will pass and they think it will make them look like heroes.

Or they won't do an f-ing thing to help anyone even if they think it is good politics. They do love cruelty.

the less ( as in going, going, gone) that they can blame Democrats.

This "have it both ways" bullshit is at the end of the line.

You broke it. You own it.

... besides all the GOP was asking for was funding to the end of the year, two weeks from now. If they're to stupid to realize this, they're too stupid to find their way to the voting booth.
