Tracking Anticipated Deaths from USAID Funding Cuts

I was watching 'The Last Word' on MSNOW and the host happened to mention a study by Boston University which estimated cuts in USAID funding has resulted in 700,000 deaths this year which if true would make Trump a mass murderer.

The last update in June estimated cuts in USAID has resulted in 385,000 deaths worldwide.
