About Trump's monstrous post about the murders

of Rob Reiner and his wife.

One point I think needs to be emphasized more is that he's basically saying if you criticize him you can expect to be brutally murdered. That anyone who opposes Hair Furor in any way shape or form risks being targeted for an attack.

He's said this before, of course. But coming so soon after this tragedy it seems a reflex with him: criticize me and you die.

We're only one short step from him outright ordering such murders. Indeed, didn't one of his lackey attorneys argue his right to do just this during an appearance before the Supreme Court?

The American electorate has put a thoroughly despicable human being in a position of near absolute power.

You can try to talk me down, but my fear is that the worst is yet to come.

It can kill as many as it wants on 5th Avenue. And it will because there is no bottom to its appetite for criming and cruelty.

There is a reason that old money New York never included Krasnov. They were, like us, smart enough to know that he is toxic.

The needs were amplified by all three of the most recent tragedies, but the murder of Rob and Michelle Reiner, and the atrocious response from the sewage slurping, despicable, sex offender-in-chief nearly toppled me. I don't feel safe. I don't feel secure. I barely feel hope.

I'm hosting a family get together on Christmas Eve but certainly feel no holiday spirit.

Maintaining even my usual fragile hold on sanity is so much more difficult these days. I also struggle with what I can do in the face of this onslaught of horrors. And this hardly feels like a season of peace and good will.

All that said: my best wishes to you and yours.

The problem is that mainstream and legacy media, now owned almost exclusively by the billionaire class, insist on either ignoring or downplaying it. Or they do the "both sides are equally to blame" nonsense that equates some random left wing podcaster with the damage done by the actual president of the United States.

This is a deep hole we're in, and the administration, the GOP, and all their enablers seem intent on digging it even deeper.
