Applegrove: or maybe Trump wants people to be afraid of him and his MAGA supporters and he knew it was the son who murdered his parents, it was known late yesterday the police were looking into the son, but Trump couldn't let the opportunity to terrify everyday Americans go by..... to keep people afraid of his WH. And to make them go back to giving in and bending over as individuals to Trump. Sometimes MAGA/Trump try and normalize bad things they've done so people will not react or think for themselves about it. Sometimes people who practice the dark arts will make crimes they haven't done look like they did it to scare people into submission. Works like terrorism.

(9,021 posts)Not that I'm giving any credence to what Trump said, I did want to point out how illogical & hypocritical such idiotic statements are.
He blames Rob Reiner for his own death because he made people angry with his hatred of Trump. Apparently Reiner deserved to die because he hated Trump. So a Trump supporter (which Trump was clearly assuming the killer was) is 100% justified in killing someone who criticizes Trump by Trump's logic.
So by that logic, Charlie Kirk was responsible for his own death (and deserved to be murdered), because Charlie Kirk was clearly hateful of large groups of people and according to Trump's logic, because that hate made someone angry at Kirk, then Kirk deserved to be murdered and brought it on himself and the murderer was 100% justified in his actions.

(22,227 posts)He'd love to be able to round up every person who disagrees with him and execute us all, preferably in the most gory and debasing way possible. I absolutely believe that.
And of course, Charlie Kirk did NOT deserve to die, because he was a Trump supporter. In Schlump's diseased mind, it really is that simple.
