Say the people whose lives won't be impacted by this. And when the center's built & sucks up all the power & water, then what? This is a sequel to when Walmart comes to town & ruins Main Street, only this one is worse.

BTW, Fox "personalities" could be immediately replaced with "AI" and nothing of value would be lost. Probably a host of money saving opportunities there, just something to think about.
