(9,488 posts)Grocery shopping is not something I'd have done for me. I want to see the quality and most important the expiration dates on the product. I don't need a personal shopper.

(1,495 posts)I am glad I don't use Instacart. I just shop at Aldi and Costco. Publix (very expensive) for just a few specific items.

(1,916 posts)For a local grocery store, they use their true sales prices. I have looked it up in the ads to make sure. Every few months they alert me to deals, like $40 off an $80 order. They gave me two of those last month. I used them both at the grocery store with the real prices. I pick it up, so no tips were involved. I got sales items to make it an even better deal. I think 50% off your grocery bill is a pretty good incentive. Things like that are the only time I use Instcart.

I should never say never. There may come a time I have to use them.
