OTHER THAN gerrymandering and other assorted dirty tricks, I don't have a CLUE as to HOW Republicans think they're going to win in the midterms by pulling this shit. And YES...I am AWARE of how many "red state voters" will BELIEVE them when they BLAME IT ALL on Joe Biden.Jeff Liles is hoping for a miracle.
Last week, Liles, a backbone of Dallas music scene, sat down to complete his annual open enrollment for federal health insurance coverage and found himself staring down the barrel of a 445% monthly price hike. Hed known about the ongoing debates in D.C. regarding the Affordable Care Act, the federal program that guarantees him access to coverage, and hed begrudgingly expected his monthly health insurance payment to double as a result.
Instead, the systems estimate took his monthly premium from $440 to $2,400.
I honestly dont know what Im going to do right now, Liles said, adding that the new amount costs more than his monthly rent.

Let market forces lower the costs (and kill us all in the slow process).
Obviously, I'm not serious. But this would be the typical R plan.
