Small Oregon town fights back against ICE

We’re proud to say we ve visited both Waldport and Lincoln City on the beautiful Oregon Coast. Good on them !

Now ICE is trying to get an inroads into Waldport, a much smaller town of 2200, midway between Newport and Florence. A demonstration is being planned for Saturday. We are also trying to get the Florence city council to pass a preemptive resolution rejecting ICE, knowing we'll be the next target.

As it happens, we will be visiting the coast tomorrow and might be able to join. Is this with Indivisible?

to support Newport. Florence is having a City Council meeting on Monday evening at city hall. We plan to have a presence and hope to get the Eugene dems out to support us then.
