What this country needs is a successful presidential impeachment and removal...

I'm not advocating a 3rd one for trump. I would love to see it, but partisan politics don't allow it, so .

The threat of impeachment is basically meaningless until someone actually gets removed. Should it be easier to do? Possibly, but countries where that is more feasible seem to have less stable governments, like in parliamentary systems where a vote of confidence can topple the Prime Minister and force a re-shuffle.

It's a pipe dream, but I would love to win enough seats to oust trump once and for all.

Our Constitution can't survive this administration. Winning next fall might stave off the final days, but it's looking like 250 years will be our limit.

What I think we should be focusing on is how to have a decent and functioning federation of the states in what was once the united states.

The ridiculous idea that we can unite ever again is some sort of hallucination. A dangerous one at that, as it is dragging us all down.

It was so easy, actually, for the billionaires to take down the union. It seems to have happened in just these past 50 years. But they were steadfast and roped themselves to the religious zealots.

And anyone claiming that they will or can "bring us together again" is just pandering. If you have lived or worked with anyone in so called "red America" you would know.

The bubbles most people seem to live in is preventing clarity here.

I have been hoping that I was wrong for quite sometime. But I don't think so.

The dismantling of the civil service was the death knell in my opinion.
