Kristi Gnome Testifies DHS Hasn't Deported Any Veterans. Seconds Later, a Kicked-Out War Hero Calls into the Hearing

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem was challenged during a hearing today about her department's controversial deportation practices.

Noem, 54, testified before the House on Thursday, Dec. 11, about national security threats, where she was questioned by a representative about the deportation of military veterans by the Trump administration.

"Madame Secretary, we are joined on Zoom by a gentleman named Sae Joon Park," Magaziner said. "He is a United States Army combat veteran who was shot twice while serving our country in Panama in 1989."

Magaziner said Park — a Purple Heart recipient — had struggled with PTSD and substance abuse issues after his time in combat, and had been arrested in the '90s for "minor drug offenses." NPR previously reported that Park was charged with possession of a controlled substance and bail jumping while battling an addiction to crack cocaine.

Park has been sober for the last 14 years, the congressman told Noem, before saying, "Earlier this year, you deported him to Korea, a country he hasn't lived in since he was 7 years old."

And Gnome just glazed her eyes over and went into an unstoppable gish-gallop.Right over the top of the call, over the top of the member doing the questioning, just kept babbling right on surely aware that no one could make out what she was saying. She's ignorant.

... ignorance is a lack of knowledge, which is easily remedied by access to facts. Noem is flat-out evil down to her DNA. She knows that the things she says and does are wrong, but she doesn't care. In her mind, laws don't apply to her; laws only apply to the people she wants to victimize by abusing the law. She is an irredeemable psychopath. Which says nothing good about the scum of the Earth that support her.

The catch-all word 'evil' for anything bad. A little more imagination is required. Besides, it has religious connotations.

... but more along the lines of Sauron of Mordor. How 'bout "psychotic demon from the pits of Hell"? Nah, that has religious connotations as well. But EVIL fits her to a "T". What other description fits a two-legged malignancy that would shoot a puppy?
