A certain tourism loss
I can attest to this. A very close friend who has three dogs, only thought about visiting nephew and family in Philly. I volunteered to stay at her house.
She read the new restrictions (fascist demands) of the government, said to me this morning that she will never, ever go to a country with those conditions.
Mark this down for one (very white) woman who won't set foot in the USA.

And what happens when travelers never went on any social media, don't have any account on social media, and couldn't care less about social media, but want to visit Las Vegas (or any other place)?
Just declare their truth? What happens then? Are they going to be told they can't enter the country?
This is another idiotic and destructive (of tourism) policy by the 6-times bankrupt pedo the felon. 
But hey, when you're a star, they let you do it...
