Time reveals the real face of people:

Time doesn’t change people,

time reveals the real face
of people.

1. Well OK ... but isn't this a little oversimplified?

I've always thought that the underlying issue of racism was the largest factor.
I can make the case for a few other "isms" as well.

And it is a power imbalance. Men are stronger, therefore better. And white men are strongest.

But how its dynamics play out along with classism and sexism needs to be understood with more sophistication than we are doing as a society.
That’s where our beloved oligarchs come in.

I remember the part of Adam McKay’s “Don’t Look Up” where people are okay with the asteroid hitting since it will “lead to jobs”.

I also don’t want to cost someone a job in data etc if it is truly sustainable. But I am no Karen and if even I am feeling empathy fatigue, how can anything where so many selfish and belligerent who consider everything “toxic empathy” and “gullibility” fly?

And these creeps Sundar Pichai, Nadella etc are not white but they are creeps nonetheless and I don’t want an MTG or Matt Gaetz to be the one to point that out basically this movement first getting traction via the tech creeps and second using that with phony populism to grab everything left and attacking nonwhite people via their war of economic attrition or war on drugs etc.

Whether it is sexism, racism, etc. it is just hate, rage and blaming others (but never the billionaire class).

2. The line between the plundering capitalists and zealots that seek power through religion is very blurred.

I know (I think) that there are some fine religious people out there and here. Perhaps even a few zealots. But they are far outweighed (and outgunned) by the power-hungry that use religion to have power.

The CN oligarchs need their minions to enforce their "religion" and to terrorize, suppress, and destroy the rest of us.

The real fight is for power and control over equality.

This:

VS.

This:

WE THE PEOPLE ARE ALL CURRENTLY IN AN ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR GOVERNMENT.

Along the bottom on the far left of your post.

Looks like Trump, Mussolini, and ol' Adolf (from left to right).

My DU has been malfunctioning a tad..I double recommended something recently and saw a few double recs on other posts.
And a couple of times I saw a post or two that didn’t make sense. But well..sometimes I don’t say anything as I could be misreading something.

there have been a growing number of citizens angry as hell about the way things were going.

Republican's did an excellent job of avoiding the blame for it, and were extremely successful in re-directing the blame towards Dems......and validating the peoples anger towards dems for decades and decades.

Great job Tmel.....but you forgot the un-educated........
