Zelenskyy: Ukraine Will Not Surrender Any Territory — Under Any Law, Any Circumstance, or Any Negotiation

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated firmly that Ukraine has no right — and no intention — to give up its territories, emphasizing that this is forbidden by Ukrainian law, by international law, and by basic morality.

Zelenskyy addressed ongoing diplomatic efforts, noting that while the American side continues to explore compromise-based negotiations, this does not imply that Ukraine should or will cede land.
Ukrainian sovereignty is not a bargaining chip.

He also confirmed that the U.S. peace plan has been streamlined to 20 points, with several provisions removed because they were unacceptable from Ukraine’s standpoint.

The president’s message was unequivocal:
“Exchanging Ukrainian territory for security guarantees is not on the table.”
