Oh no. AI is filtering out non white people and women

from jobs when hiring.

"These language learning models favored white associated names 85% of the time and filtered out women associated names 89% of the time."

These recruiting tools also can't tell the nuance of your skills, just scanning for words.

Corporate America is about to get much more white and male.

If not, then using a non-tagging browser for job-searching would be the next step, I would guess.
I'm glad I'm retired and no longer having to deal with this bullsh#t!

I remember when Adrian and I went into a meeting together
and the men in the room had assumed that Adrian would be a male.
The look on their faces.
Their eyes almost popped out of their heads.

Advancement decisions in large businesses have
been made on the first names of their workers.
