(25,148 posts)Jesus, these people are so full of shit. This, in the same week Trump pardons a top drug trafficker. The GOP is morally bankrupt. There are no good people on that side. They will justify any crime.

The solution is to "prevent" the use of drugs by helping the people taking them, by controlling the quality of the drugs themselves to make sure there is no poisons in them, and to provide professional assistance when it's needed.
The way the lawmakers actually deal with it is wrong, has always been wrong, and it will never be "won" but it sure is a total waste of taxpayers money spent on a unwinnable war (and all the corruption and the crimes against humanity related to their failed coercion policies).

(10,709 posts)OK, so now the boat is sunk and all the "narco-terrorists" are dead. Why didn't the Navy zoom in and pick up some of these floating boxes/packages of drugs so they'd have evidence to show the world that the claims of drug smuggling weren't pure bullshit?
